Update

Heeeeeey!!! It's been 2 months since my last post!

I've been quite lazy these past days because of the heat. I apologize if there wasn't any reviews lately.
I've received nano's Remember your color. Live CD and the Kuroko no Basuke Akashi/Murasakibara collection glass, so the review-post will be out soon.

I apologize again. ><

[Review] Tenso package with nano goods and Animate order

Hi! My first Tenso package with nano goods and Animate posters came!!!
Tenso is a forwarding service. It's different from a buying service. A forwarding service is a lot cheaper than a buying service because you're the one buying the items. Tenso only forwards the package to you. So if you have any problems with the seller, you're the one responsible to solve it.

How it works on Tenso: (For more detailed instructions, please refer to Tenso.com)

- You sign up on Tenso
- They give you their warehouse address along with your identification code
- You go on the website you want to purchase your stuff
- Add to cart your stuff
- When you'll check out, put the address Tenso provided to you along with your identification code in the address line
- Pay with your own credit card (Most shops accept major bank cards like VISA, Mastercard, etc.)
- Wait it get shipped to the warehouse

- Tenso gets the package and tells you to pay for the service fee and the international shipping fee
- Tenso ships the package as soon as they get your payment
- ?
- Enjoy!

The service is awesome, awesome, AWESOME!

It's very easy to use and Tenso's service is impeccable. The only thing I didn't like is their packaging. I mean, I thought they would use a tube to ship my posters and just put the nano goods in it. Instead, they used a HUGE BOX. So yeah, but the posters were in a perfect condition.
When I opened the package, it seemed like I only bought those bubble cushions because posters, well, are flat and the nano goods were really small. lol

Tenso also includes the receipts from the shops I bought. One from Animate and the other from nano.

Aomine!! >>>>>

So yeah, here are the posters I bought. There are 4. The other one is a group poster.
I present Aomine, Kuroko and Kise!!!!! :D I'm missing Kagami and Midorima, but I don't like them as much as I like this trio. They come wrapped in a plastic bag. The posters are light and made with high quality PP plastic. The colours are superb. -thumbs up- (Each poster costed 473 yen for a total of 1829 yen for 4 posters + 500yen domestic shipping in Japan) Produced by Movic.

Next are the nano goods! I was literally squealing when I saw them!!!!
Though, it smelled a bit of strong plastic, the goods are so cute! (Well...cute, lol)
I'll treasure them for the rest of my life!
So far, I have a button pin of an acoustic guitar nano from the No Pain, No Game first press CD, the first nano good (a phonestrap) included in the nanoir CD first press and what you see below! Since I don't live in Japan, it's hard for me to acquire the whole collection of the button pins and those calendars. There was this collab with a cafe in Japan that featured nano drinks for about 500 yen. I was soooooo envious!!!
Hmmmmm.....one day, for sure, I'll go to Japan!

Here's the fourth poster of KuroBasu!!!!
Look at the bishies. ;D
Kuroko kinda has the position to sit between/next to/on the legs of those 4 guys,
LOL. KUROKO UKE. wwww.

My next post will be on the Remember your Color live CD of nano which will be out on June 6th, but I'll get it near the end of the month along with the Murasakibara/Akashi collection glass.

So, yep yep, see you at the end of the month of June!

Please look forward to my next post!

[Review] Packages from entertainment-japan

Hi! Nagisa here (again)!
I haven't posted anything lately (except the KuroBaso 211 tiny summary) since I've been very busy with finals and stuff. I still have 6 weeks of school before finishing. ughas;fda;lsa finals...
So yep, I ordered a poster of Murasakibara and Akashi from entertainment-japan and I'm here to review about their service. (or actually his service since it's one person) Okitacchi also ordered a [K] Project artbook from entertainment-japan.

First of all, here are the pictures of my package!

The poster was packaged safely in a tube. The tube itself was very solid and taped securely. The shipping was faster than I expected. It arrived in 8 days when it said 10-14 days! (I live in Canada, btw.) The poster wasn't damaged, the seller put it in a bigger plastic bag despite already having one! So, basically, two plastic bags to protect the...plastic poster. Yes, it is made of high quality PP and the colours are fabulous.

Animate's details:
Price: 473 yen
Dimensions: 11.7 x 16.5 inches // A3
Material: high quality PP, full coloured
Produced by Movic
Featuring Murasakibara Atsushi and Akashi Seijuurou

Personal experience: The seller, Nakagawa-san, has probably the best online service. I've been shopping on the net since 2009, done over 120 transactions and really, I believe he is the most dedicated. He answered to my questions fully and very quickly and made sure I got my package. Really, excellent service. He is also very polite and humble. I recommend him.
This is his eBay profile: http://myworld.ebay.ca/entertainment-japan?ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:CA:1181

Oh, btw, I got the poster for 12$USD. It was an auction.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are the pictures of the item from Okitacchi's order from entertainment-japan!
Okitacchi ordered the [K] Project animation book from episode 1 to 6.
Again, it was Nakagawa-san that took care of his package. The parcel was solid. When he opened it, newspaper, bubble wrap, plastic bags was all in there to protect the artbook! Nakagawa-san also took some time to write a letter and included teabags to try out!

Overall, the book is very interesting with over 250 pages of animation sheets used to make 6 episodes. The only down is the book is fragile. The cover is really thin. It's the same thickness as the pages. The pages are glossed matte and are the perfect thickness. Just the cover...just the cover... XD
But then again, despite that, this book is worth your money, especially if you're of fan of this anime/manga!

Animate's details:
Price: 2940 yen
Dimensions: 8.3 x 11.17 inches // A4
300 pages

---------------------------------------------------

A big thanks to the seller, Nakagawa-san of entertainment-japan for his awesome service!

Kuroko no Basuke 211 (translation from chapter 6 to 9)

*edit (4/30/2013): Shit. I just noticed I said "Translation from chapter 6 to 9" for the post's title. My mistake, it's translation from page 6 to 9, but 'nyway, the eng translation is already out on MangaFox.

*edit (4/27/2013): Fuuuuuuuuuuuuu, I'm very busy studying and doing my homework because of finals. Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue translating it. I have read the whole chapter though. If anyone needs some highlights, I'll be glad to summarize it briefly.

I found the Japanese raws (finally)!
I started translating it on Microsoft word. Meanwhile, you can take this and use Google Translate if you want.
Starting from page 6 (because I've already posted page 1 to 5 in English)

Page 6
虹村:おう、赤司か。(Ooh, Akashi...)
赤司:どうも。(Hello)
虹村:てかオメー…聞いてやがったな?(Heck, you...were listening, weren't you?)
赤司:いえ…最後の方だけです。(No...Just the last part.)
虹村:一番聞かれたくないとこじゃねーか。(Isn't that the part were I didn't want you to hear the most...(I'm not sure about the sense here.)
赤司:…つーわけで少し早いか。(I don't know how to translate it, but I think it basically says "Isn't it a bit too early? (referring to becoming captain).)
虹村:これからオメーが主将だ赤司。(From now on, you are captain, Akashi.)
赤司:…きた。決まってませんよ。(...Kita. Kimattemasen yo. (Erm...I have not yet prepared/decided yet (?).)
虹村:決まってるだろ!つかあのxxいてまで主将やらせる気がオメーは!(Of course! (or like..."God damn right!" or I think this one would be more appropriate: Isn't it obvious? for "Kimatteru daro!")  x x means I couldn't read the kanji. I can't translate this sentence since I'm missing two kanji.)
…不安か?(You stressed?)
赤司:いえ…虹村さんの心配をしているだけです。(No...Nijimura-san, I'm worried about you.)
虹村:だろーな。だからオレは心配してねーわ。(Darou na. You don't have to worry about me.)

Page 7
虹村:よろしく頼むぜ、赤司主将。(I'm looking forward (to your captaincy), captain Akashi.)
赤司:…はい (...Yes)

あと諸井、今回の帯同マネージャーはお前だそうだ。
桃井:あ、はーい。 Momoi’s thoughts:そうかー…てことは…

So yeah, I'm doing page 10 now. But I have a final exam in science lab: electricity tomorrow. I'll resume tomorrow.

If you're going to use this, please credit me. Though it's not 100% accurate, Hope I can somewhat help you guys.
It's my first time translating a manga chapter for the public.
I usually just (try) read it for myself with my own Japanese manga. lol
Well, thank you for dropping by.

Rough translation/summary of Kuroko no Basuke chapter 211

I asked my mom to read the raws in Chinese for me, but gave up half way because she didn't really get it...
Here's a rough translation/summary of the chapter 211.

211Q「じゃーな」(Later…) or (See you)

Nijimura: I would like to give my captaincy to Akashi Seijuurou.

Coach: I beg your pardon?
I cannot allow that. Although you are benched with the other second years, you guys are the main core of the team. Even if you're not a starter, a captain is still a captain. Therefore, you will continue to be in charge of this team. Also, the title of "Captain of the basketball team Teikou" is not light enough to be given by such a trivial matter.

Nijimura: I understand...but if Akashi is better than me, then I believe it would be beneficial for the team. Besides, I have tendency to exalt during games. Looking from another point of view, this could be a sign of motivation for others, but this is not completely true.

Coach: I do not understand. If we remember last year, the one that recommended Akashi to be vice-captain was you. Both the supervisor and I were able to see that Akashi has potential, which is why we allowed to have two vice-captains in the team. What strikes me is your urgency to have Akashi replace you. I demand some reasons.

Nijimura: ...My father...has been hospitalized since spring of last year. His condition is stable now, but the doctor cannot guarantee his health will continue like this until Inter Middle (like Inter High). If something were to happen during that period of time, I will leave, no matter what, for the hospital. Although, maybe it's nothing serious, but I will not be able to keep my composure for the rest of the game. I love basketball, but I fear the deterioration of my father's health. I am sorry for not mentioning this up until now.

Coach: I understand. I will speak with the supervisor.

(Mom stopped translating it to me after this...Thank you mom, though!)

Page 6 to 9 here: http://animefudanshi.blogspot.ca/2013/04/kuroko-no-basuke-211-translation-ongoing.html

The pages below will be translated this afternoon after my final lab in electricity.
(Meanwhile, just a VERY rough summary)

- Page 10 -
Kuroko introduces himself to Momoi.
Momoi comments about Kuroko's low presence

- Page 12 -
No dialogue
See episode 22.5 (the OVA) Tip-Off! for the whole story about how Kise came to acknowledge Kuroko.

- Page 13 -
Kurokocchi~ Aominecchi~ Chi chi chi everywhere. Kuroko, Kise, Aomine, Murasakibara and Momoi are going to the conbini to eat ice cream.
Midorima excuses himself because he's going to see Akashi.

- Page 14 -
The scene where Momoi falls in love with Kuroko because of the Popsicle stick. (See anime for that scene)
+ Midorima and Akashi together in the hall way discussing about Haizaki, Kuroko and Nijimura.

- Page 15 to 17 -
Discussion between Midorima and Akashi in the hall way about Haizaki, Kuroko and Nijimura.
Akashi/Midorima comments about Haizaki's behaviour. Akashi plans to kick him out of the club because he'll ruin the club's reputation. (Serious face/glare of Akashi part)
Midorima's frightened(?)shocked face > (Midorima's remark: Akashi is changing personality-wise)
Akashi used to be gentle, kind and everyone loved him in the club, now he seems more cold and harsh.
He can't tell which is the real Akashi. DUN DUN DUN. ((;A;) NOOOO, WE WANT THE GENTLE AKASHI BACK)
(MY COMMENT BECAUSE I COULDN'T RESIST: NIJIMURA, Y YU GIVE YUR POSITION TO AKASHI, HE'S CHANGING, HE'S CHANGING!!!!! (;A;))

- Page 17 to 20 -
Basically, Haizaki burns his basket shoes because he got kicked out of the club by Akashi. And then he warns Kuroko that there are more evil and scarier people than him in the world. Probably referring to Akashi.

Again, this is a rough translation/summary. It may not be 100% accurate.

Thank you for reading!

(2) YEEEEAH!!!! Orders!

See the first part of this post here.

Nagisa again!
Here's my second post about my most recent purchases online.

My fourth purchase is nano's DVD live!!!!!!
Oh my god, I can't wait to get it!
I'm like...a SUPER BIG FAN OF HER. I've been following her for two years and seen her grow in the music industry. It's really heart-clenching. From a Youtube/Nico singer to a company contract and anime songs!
nanoooo!!!! I LOVEEE YOUUUU!!!!!!!
Talking about coincidence, this is really really really weird or just my weird delusions.
When nano announced that she'll be selling nano goods during the live concert, my first reaction was something like:
"OMG, NANO GOODS, SDKF;SD'DS. Pity I can't get them (;A;). Hope she sells them online.
I'll go on Twitter and beg her on my feet now."
/posted it on Facebook.

A week later after her concert, on Twitter, she announced the goods will be available for purchase ONLINE!!!!!!
Omg, I was so happy.
So yeah, I purchased some of the items immediately, 'cause I have such a big obsession  am such a big fan of nano.
AND - my story doesn't end here - when nano said she'll release a DVD live album of her 3/16/2013 concert, I seriously jumped. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I WAS THINKING ABOUT THE OTHER DAY!!!!
"Aawh, I hope nano will release a DVD of her live. I mean, it's her first live. Isn't she going to release an album as a kind of memento of her first solo concert?"
BAM, SHE DID.
WHAT IF WE'RE CONNECTED!??! ME AND NANO?
/going crazy hallucinating delusional things, lul.
So yeah, she said she'll be selling it on Amazon and when I asked her through Twitter if she could sell it on Neowing (CDJAPAN) (because Amazon JP's int. ship. are monstruous), she didn't reply my tweet, but guess what. THE ALBUM WAS OUT FOR SALE ON CDJAPAN THE NEXT DAY I ASKED HER!!!!!!! I checked her website and her Twitter to see if she announced more shops that will sell the DVD: none. Only Amazon JP. Even in today's nanotomo mail vol. 10, she only mentioned Amazon JP.
(;A;)  まさか…!
Is it me or everytime I "hope" something from nano, IT HAPPENS?!?!?
DON'T TELL ME...! SHE READS MY FACEBOOK?!?!?
LE GASPPPP, MIND-BLOWN!!!! probably not. Orz
Anyway, I'm really happy and I'm grateful to nano.
If I didn't live overseas, I'd probably have bought all the stuff she released like those calendars, those drinks (collaboration with JOYSOUND), those pin badges, the concert, all the nano-goods, all her CDs even those in which she has only one song (ex. Rockman X Holic ~25th Anniversary~ album).
But! I'm happy with what I have. :D
I love you nano!!!!!!
So yep, getting back to the point, this is the DVD live album limited release.
Ordered from CDJapan.

Remember your color DVD [CD+DVD] [Limited release] - nano
Price: 2400 yen
CD (from her nanotomo vol.10, it'll be only live songs, not the actual concert video)
DVD will feature the backstage and making-of the concert. (20 minutes)
I ordered two copies since Okitacchi also wanted one. ;D
2 discs - Region 2

My fifth purchase is...NANO GOODS!!!!!!
YEAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!! Unfortunately, since I'm using a forwarding service, I couldn't order more (and the fact that I'm starting to become broke) because the service fees are high and the agent requires EMS shipping.
But atleast I got some of her live stuff. ;D
I got one PVC keychain at 600 yen and two silicon wristbands at 500 yen each.
Total of 1600 yen + 525 domestic shipping fee.
The keychain is surprisingly big. According to the description in the nano-shop, it's approx. 6cm x 6cm.
I also wanted the tote bag, but I'd be too precious to actually use it for my books or groceries. I mean, tote bag = stranger's hairs getting stuck to it because of static.
I have the biggest phobia of that situation. Seriously. x_X
So yep, got these two babies!
Ordering period ends on April 2nd, 2013, Japan time, so get yours before running out of time!!

I'll leave this section for Okitacchi since it's his purchases (that I ordered from Animate, lolol). Just a quick review of Animate:

A forwarding service/buying service is fundamental because Animate does not ship overseas. HOWEVER, there's an American Animate (ships only domestically), but has less items than Japanese Animate.

The website is quite easy to use, but a bit slow (probably the amount of content, lol)
Navigation can also be improved, though, as it can be confusing for foreigners. But then again, Animate JP is only for Japanese...
With Google Translate and at least a basic Japanese knowledge will be fine.

So yeah, this is it for now! I'm debating whether I should order Color Colle Kuroko no Basuke BOX from AmiAmi. The price is okay at 3350 yen for 8 figures.
Hmmmmmm...yep.

Well, this is it for now! See ya!

- Nagisa

(1) YEEEEAH!!!! Orders!

NAGISA HEREEEEE!!!
Guess who ordered a bunch of stuff.
Yeah, me. XD
I'll separate my post in two since it's probably going to be looooong.

Here's the first item I ordered from CDJapan.
Kuroko no Basuke collection glass featuring Akashi and Murasakibara!!
I can't wait to get it, I'm a hardcore fan of Kuroko no Basuke right now, hahaha.

Price:
850 yen (With CDJapan)
Release date: May 31st, 2013
Size: Diameter 6cm x H 11.5cm
Manufactured by BANDAI

The second item I ordered is from AmiAmi: One Coin Mini Figure Collection - Kuroko no Basuke BOX. The reason why I'm ordering from separate shops is because some shops sell their items a bit less expensive. For example, CDJapan sells this set for 4703 yen while AmiAmi sells it for 4040 yen.
Of course we have to estimate the shipping too. For this case, AmiAmi offered the cheapest shipping.
I used SAL Registered for this one because their description of Unregistered scared me lol.
(Yet, I've never had any problem with SAL unregistered with CDJapan, just some mentality problems, hahahaha)

Price:
4040 yen (With AmiAmi)
Release date: Late-July 2013
Size: approx. 45mm tall
9 figures per order box
Manufactured by KOTOBUKIYA

My third order is the Nendoroid Petite - Hatsune Miku Selection BOX from AmiAmi again!
The Nendoroid Petites of Vocaloid are finally back for a second edition!!!!!!!
Ordered them as soon as they were available for pre-order in fear that they might be out-of-stock in no time.

Price: 5770 yen (With AmiAmi)
Release date: Late-September 2013 (Uuuuuhhh, so long ;A;)
Size: approx. 65mm tall

12 figures per order box

Manufactured by GOOD SMILE COMPANY

Next post, please. ;D

(I apologize for the odd colours, something fucked up.)
